Who Qualifies
- First-time customers only. This guarantee covers your very first Electric Cloud order—whether it's a single six-pack, a custom bundle, or a subscription. One guarantee per customer, household, or shipping address.
- All order types included. One-time purchases, subscriptions, bundles, and promo code orders are all covered. No exclusions.
- 30 days from delivery. Your guarantee window starts when your order is delivered (based on carrier tracking confirmation).

What to Expect
Single Six-Pack Orders
If you ordered one six-pack and didn't love it, email us. No return needed—we'll issue a full refund. We'd rather you try it risk-free than never try it at all.
Multi-Pack & Bundle Orders
Try up to 6 cans total from your order—feel free to sample different flavors. If it's not for you, email us for a return authorization. Ship back your remaining unopened cans and we'll issue a full refund for the entire order, including the cans you tried.
Subscriptions
The guarantee applies to your first subscription shipment. If you cancel within 30 days and return per the policy above, you'll receive a full refund. Future subscription shipments are not covered by this guarantee, but you can cancel or pause your subscription anytime—no contract, no penalties.
Return Details
- Pre-approval required. Email support@drinkelectriccloud.com before shipping anything back. We'll confirm eligibility and provide a return address.
- Return shipping. You cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend USPS Priority Mail for tracking.
- International orders. The single six-pack no-return guarantee applies to international customers. For multi-pack international orders, return shipping is not available at this time. Contact us and we will evaluate refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis.
- Condition. Returned cans must be unopened. Minor dents from shipping are perfectly fine—we just can't accept cans that are punctured, leaking, or crushed. Gummies must be returned in sealed, unopened packaging.
- Refund timing. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving your return. Single six-pack refunds (no return needed) are processed within 3 business days of approval.
- Shipping costs. Your full refund includes original shipping charges.
- Unauthorized returns. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.
What's Not Covered
- Repeat orders (second subscription shipment and beyond)
- Orders where more than 6 cans have been opened
- Opened gummies (gummies must be returned sealed and unopened)
- Requests made more than 30 days after delivery
- Damaged or missing shipments (contact us for a replacement instead)
Damaged or missing orders? That's a separate issue and we handle those differently. If your package arrived damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund. If your order never showed up, contact us and we'll make it right.
